The Optimate
2500LT (OLT) is a high capacity optical
platform, which combines CWDM, Gigabit Ethernet (GbE)
and SONET/SDH to transport voice, data and video services,
over a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON).
The Optimate 2500LT supports popular METRO Network
interfaces such as Gigabit Ethernet (GbE), 10/100BaseT,
STM1/OC3 and E1/T1. In addition, the Optimate 2500LT
supports the downstream transmission of Video services
over a dedicated overlay wavelength.
